Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support.

This is a slow-paced, user-friendly class for first-time computer users. Using Windows computers, this unique class covers the basics in a way that even the most inexperienced user will understand.

Teens will design dog-themed tote bags and add some important items for Vets.  All items will be donated to the North Fork Welfare Animal League.  All Teen participants will receive one hour of community service for this program.
