Event Details

Relaxing and invigorating, Qigong (pronounced chee goong), is an ancient, meditative movement practice that fosters physical and mental health for coping with the stresses of daily life.  Qi is vital energy found in everything in the universe; Gong is a skill cultivated through steady practice. The benefits include increased balance, calmness, strength, stamina, flexibility. Beginners are welcome! Wear loose clothing and soft shoes.  Bring a mat (optional) and water.
