Event Details
Strength training can improve your quality of life at any age! Join us for this fitness class where we will focus on increasing muscle strength, improving range of motion of joints, and balance training. This can be done while standing or sitting. Please bring 2-5lb weights to each class. *Note: Tuesday and Friday classes are the same. Please pick one class to attend so everyone can enjoy!
